We at Greter's German Shepherds guarantee that our German Shepherds are purebred and that they can be registered with the AKC at time of transfer.

The above-described German Shepherd may for any reason be returned to seller within 48 hours of purchase at clients expense. Buyer may take the German Shepherd to his veterinarian for heath check up within 48-hours at buyer expense. Buyer shall take full responsibility for the health, anatomical makeup, appearance and temperament of the above-described animal following said 48-hours period.

Greter’s German Shepherds warranties this German Shepherd for one year from date of birth against death due directly due to veterinarians diagnosis of congenital death. Greter’s German Shepherds can't be held responsible for accidental deaths or other deaths, disease or other reason not caused by, or which is outside of and direct control of Greter’s German Shepherds.

Greter’s German Shepherd will guarantee the above German Shepherd can be Certified by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) at two years of age or pass SV hip rating at 1yr. of age, (unless the animal is bred prior to hip certification submission). If you choose to have you pet x-rayed then you have 30 days after the 1yr of age for SV and 30 days after the 24mo of age for OFA certification. In event of faulty hips, Greter’s German Shepherds agrees to replace to buyer of equal value at time of purchase and of same age at time of purchase, with a pup of Greter’s German Shepherd, as soon as a puppy is available. The new owner is in no way obligated to ever have to undergo the process involved in OFA, unless he/she chooses to use this animal for breeding. If animal described above is of fault to OFA, Clients shall return animal at clients expense for one replacement.

The Buyer swears that he or she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this animal and is not associated with a pet animal broker and that the above described German Shepherd will remain solely in his/her custody.

Ownership and/or possession of this German Shepherd will not be transferable, it is null and voided if original puppy buyer choose to sell, spay or neuter. The breeder will accept the return of this German Shepherd at any time the purchaser decides not to keep the above described German Shepherd, however the breeder is not obligated to refund any of purchase's price. Buyer shall be responsible for return of dog and expenses for any reason not wanted.

Buyer pledges as a very minimum to provide quality food, to complete vaccinations and supply yearly boosters, to keep the above-described German Shepherd in secure fenced area with adequate shelter. Buyer also pledges that the animal will be a valued family member with frequent human interaction and socialization. In the event of neglect or abuse of the above-described animal, the breeder may repossess the animal without obligation to refund the purchase price. Neglect or abuse may consist of but need not be confined to the following: Improper feeding, resulting in malnutrition or health problems, inadequate veterinary care, insufficient shelter of inhumane living conditions (chaining, left outside alone all the time, etc).

Only German Shepherds that meet the requirements set forth by Schutzhund USA are eligible for breeding . If the German Shepherd does not meet the Schutzhund USA for breeding it must me Spayed or Neutered after two years of age. The German Shepherd will be sold with limited registration when the above terms have been met, the limited registration may be removed if requested. However if the dog becomes pregnant or bred prior to 2 years of age, the contract is NULL and VOID. No matter what preliminary films show or what the current state of wellness is of the German Shepherd.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than stated in this guarantee. This guarantee is final and complete with the free and clear transfer of ownership from Greter’s German Shepherds 7448 N US 131 Manton, MI 49663, to the New Owner, there are no implied co-ownership agreements in effect. There is no exceptions to any part of this guarantee.

In event of dispute, Michigan has will have Jurisdiction over the matter of dispute.
